What storm?

A beautiful day in Marblemount with new friends

Today I immersed in my new community in Marblemount. In the morning, I caught up with Devin. I’m now staying in his heated garage office. The barn cat snuck into the garage.

I allowed myself to stop worrying about my plans and just be present with the day.

In the afternoon Meesh came over with her dog Clement, and Devin , her and I walked along the river. The sun peeked out and bathed the landscape in golden light. After the walk, Meesh asked what I wanted for my dream meal for dinner. Then we went to the grocery store in Concrete and she got everything, so now I’ll look for an opportunity to express my gratitude or repay her.

Now I can sled my stroller through snow and jog my sled over roads.

The sun peeked out in Marblemount despite the big winter storm forecast.
