Danna for hosting me last night. She is an amazing woman and it was a gift to share an evening with her. When I left, she recommended Brandywine Falls, a well worth it detour, and invited me to her retirement party in June— one more reason to return to BC 😀 Shelly for pulling over and waving me down to tell me how amazing what I’m doing is. She gave $10, all the cash she had, for the GiveDirectly fundraiser! Jon Wescott for the headlamp he donated after I lost mine; it worked great tonight.
As long as I stay in Canada, I never have to run another mile. I much prefer running kilometers.
I rolled out my legs with my Nalgene after filling it up with hot water. Now that’s what I call innovation.
For the first time ever today, my butthole chafed. I interpret the event as a testament to my booty getting bigger 💪🏽
